After the peer evaluation and after looking at my poster some more, i decided it still didn't look right. I was told to change the background and wasn't very happy with it.
So what i did was re design it. I made the background black and white and kept the characters in colour, this is so it helps the characters to stand out, also as the characters are wearing dark clothing so they fade out into the background which creates a good effect.
I also slightly changed the layout of the text to help it fit the conventions of a real poster better, and I am now happy with how it looks.
This is now my final poster.
